High Level Coaching
The Regional Academy offers players from outside the metro regions to get access to high level coaching and mentoring.
Our coaching team brings years of experience and passion.
Our First Class Coaching team consist of specialist batting, spin & fast bowling coaches as well as strength & conditioning experts & experts in the cricket pathways.
Online Coaching
Players receive online training plans and drills via the First Class Cricket Player Portal.
Players' progress is tracked and monitored by the head coach.
fast bowlers receive a personalised training and load management program designed to maximise speed development while trying avoiding over load related injuries
Mentoring & Support
Players & Parents get access to a support structure that is missing from the regions.
Players get direct access to their coach and mentors when they need it most.
Players get access to ongoing private and group zoom sessions designed to educate and allow for players to communicate with other players & coaches about tactics, skill, & the mental side of the game.
